Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Velshade Clothing. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. All-Inclusive Pricing & No Drip Pricing
In strict adherence to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, all prices displayed on our product pages are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Any additional delivery fees, shipping costs, or optional shipping protection fees are clearly itemized in the cart and checkout breakdown before you make your final payment. We do not practice drip pricing or add unexpected charges at final payment.
3. Orders, Order Cancellation & Bilateral Parity
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and stock availability. In compliance with statutory consumer protection guidelines, Velshade Clothing does not impose unilateral cancellation charges on consumers unless Velshade also provides equivalent compensation in the rare event that an order is unilaterally cancelled by the platform after confirmation. Consumers may cancel orders free of charge before dispatch through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
4. Country of Origin & Product Information
All apparel manufactured and retailed by Velshade Clothing is Made in India, complying with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. Product descriptions, fabric specifications (240 GSM heavyweight combed cotton), sizing dimensions, and care instructions are accurately disclosed on each product listing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, designs, custom graphics, typography, photography, product cuts, and brand assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Velshade Clothing and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
6. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Our return and refund policy is governed by our dedicated Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges terms. Velshade honors a mandatory 7-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
