3. Sharing with Third-Party Data Processors

Velshade does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial marketing. We share data only with authorized data processors necessary to fulfill our services:

• Payment Aggregators: Razorpay Software Private Limited for encrypted checkout processing.
• Logistics & Courier Partners: Third-party courier providers (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post) for shipment dispatch and doorstep delivery.
• Transactional Messaging: Cloud communication gateways for dispatch notifications and OTP verification.

4. Your Rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are entitled to:

• Right to Access & Summary: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken.
• Right to Correction & Updating: Correct inaccurate or outdated personal details in your account profile.
• Right to Erasure & Deletion: Request the deletion of personal data no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

5. Account & Data Deletion Workflow

You may request complete erasure of your Velshade account and personal data at any time. Simply send an email from your registered email address to help@velshade.com or manum@velshade.com with the subject line “Account & Data Deletion Request”. Upon verifying your identity, your personal data will be permanently purged or anonymized within 30 days, subject only to statutory tax and financial retention laws.

6. Direct Marketing & Opt-Out

If you subscribe to Velshade updates, we may notify you regarding new drops, collections, or promotions. You can instantly opt out at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the footer of our marketing emails or updating your communication preferences.
