Reliable Pan-India Delivery
1. Dispatch & Order Processing
All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) from our central fulfillment facility in Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. You will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS containing your order reference once your payment is verified.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines Across India
We deliver to over 19,000+ pin codes across India. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch date are as follows:

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer FREE Domestic Standard Shipping on all orders with a cart total of ₹2,000 or above. For orders below ₹2,000, standard nominal domestic shipping charges apply and are clearly itemized in the cart and checkout breakdown before payment. We strictly practice all-inclusive, no-drip pricing.
4. Trusted Logistics Partners
To ensure safe handling of our signature 240 GSM garments, we partner with leading, verified logistics carriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post. Each parcel is sealed in tamper-evident protective packaging.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your shipment is picked up by our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link with a unique AWB / Waybill Number via email and SMS. You can also monitor your live delivery status in real-time under the Orders section of your Velshade account.
6. Address Accuracy & Return to Origin (RTO)
Please ensure your complete shipping address, landmark, and 6-digit postal PIN code are entered correctly. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our hub (RTO). In the event of an undelivered parcel due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, our customer care team will reach out to schedule re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If the outer package appears noticeably damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform our support team immediately. If you discover damage upon unboxing, notify us within 48 hours at return@velshade.com with order photos for an instant, free replacement.
