Hassle-Free Returns
Customers can request a return or exchange directly through the "Orders" section of their account on our website. Simply log in, select the order you wish to return, and choose the "Return Item" or "Request Exchange" option. Follow the guided steps to complete your request.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and completed within 7–14 days (5–7 business days directly to your original payment method).
Exchanges for size or color are also available if the item is in stock — we'll ship your new item at no extra cost once we receive the original.
Please note: custom, personalized, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
