At Velshade Clothing, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. In full compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Velshade unconditionally accepts returns and guarantees full refunds if the delivered product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described on our platform.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all original brand tags intact. Products displaying signs of wear, stains, altered hems, perfume, or body odor are ineligible for return or exchange.
Custom-printed apparel, personalized graphic pieces, intimate apparel, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive in a defective or physically damaged state.
You can initiate a return or exchange directly from your account under the Orders dashboard on our website, or by emailing return@velshade.com (or help@velshade.com) with your Order ID and photo/video evidence in case of damage. Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Once your returned package arrives at our fulfillment facility and passes quality inspection, we will notify you immediately via email. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original method of payment (bank account / card / UPI via payment gateway) within 5–7 business days (completed within 7–14 days overall).
We readily replace items for different sizes or if they arrive defective or damaged. Replacement items are dispatched promptly at no additional shipping charge once the original item is picked up or inspected, subject to stock availability.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, reverse pickup and return shipping are 100% free and borne entirely by Velshade. For voluntary returns or preference-based exchanges, reverse courier pickup is provided either free of cost or at nominal domestic courier rates as indicated during return authorization.
